From the moment we walked in, we felt welcome. The front desk guy was the nicest and very welcoming. He was an exceptional employee and very friendly and answered any question that we had. I also want to mention that my daughter left her Christmas card with $50 cash in it and when I called two days later after getting back to Orlando, I thought the worst that they weren’t gonna have it because I know that she left it in the room, well to our surprise, the cleaning staff. Found it and put it in the safe and that is a very honest cleaning staff and I appreciate it so much because my daughter was so heartbroken because it was a Christmas card from her grandfather that has been very ill. I will always come back to the same hotel, no matter what and because of the experiences that I’ve had they have a customer for life. You have some great employees that make it a great place.

The checkin crew was very friendly, and the process was very quick. We received a goodie bag with a couple of bottles of water and snacks. There were also warm cookies available. The room was quite spacious, and the beds were comfortable. There were plenty of towels, and there were also some complimentary toiletries. There was a nice variety of choices for breakfast - eggs, potatoes, waffles, fresh fruit, cereal . Overall, a very comfortable stay and a great value.

Price was way better than others in the area for what we got. Proximity to buttermilk falls is a huge plus. Uber into town was only 13 bucks. Check in was fast and staff were friendly. The cheaper hotels in the area have had recent bed bug issues so we tried here, and am very glad I did! Cleaners working hard in the midday hours were also very friendly and kind when I locked myself out.

The hotel is about a 10 minute drive out of Ithaca and is central to exploring the area although you have to drive into Ithaca for restaurant options.
